How VR can change the way we work, "what if I told you I could take you on an immersive journey that would stay with your for the rest of your life".I will be talking about Virtual Reality and Virtual Worlds and how we have been using this immersive technology in Asia and intend to create a Global presence in Hospitality.
Our aim is to transform the way we learn by creating an immersive learning and gamification application which offers soft skills training that is scalable consistent cost effective and promotes remote learning with a low investment threshold
Being able to provide cross training and upskilling is imperative at this time , we are currently creating re skilling, upskilling and cross training scenarios.
By harnessing the power of VR and AI the players can be transported on demand to real life workplace situations in a safe environment with no constraints of time space or geographical locations.
Examples of my talk will be about the Associate can choose to step in the shoes of the customer or the employee, within the same scenario, choosing Embodiment or Observer .
I have been teaching in the virtual world leadership skills, core values and softskills for over a year now and the one thing that stick out is that people who are normally shy will become less self-conscious, they are able to shine as they are not scared of speaking up.

Working in Asia for 30 years, and being an entrepreneur from the age of 12 . Tracy is currently the Founder of VRTHTI , Virtual Reality Hospitality Training International.Tracy started VRHTI as not just a commercial company, she envisions as well the personal development of disadvantaged groups of people and guides them in their future. Tracy started this over 20 years ago and has built schools and helped educate thousands of children many who have now followed in her footsteps into the hospitality industry.
VR for softskills and hospitality training , creating modules for training in the field of hospitality and softskills my interest in this has enthused many, and I am also learning every day. I have been creating content now for over 2 years and I have a passion for this which is contagious . creating Ed Tech through gamification, creating corporate training with learning analytics.
Worked in Asia for nearly 30 years Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Burma . Presently in Amsterdam , working in VR. Which I became passionate about a few years ago .
